I finally am getting projects done in my life--stuff other than sitting and studying. I've been with SparkPeople long enough, and have done enough, to know my body well enough to predict how I will feel when I exercise and/or eat in a particular manner. Yeaaaaay!!
No more wondering if I can get the energy to do something the next day. If I eat wrongly--sometimes from poverty--I can switch my plans a bit, and sometimes recover with certain types of exercise or rest.
I am not such an enigma to myself anymore. Hurraaaaaaay!! I still am building on good beginnings, and avoiding more and more mis-steps, since using the trackers at SparkPeople. My treat today; I am going to get a semi-fun, semi-work, definitely exercise, project completed, and the most fun part will be emailing my family about getting the job done!!!
