Hello all, my name is Holly. I am a 31 year old with a more recent weight problem, I have always been thin by society standards but as I get older I find it more difficult to stay on track. I recently joined spark people and find that tracking my food and exercise daily helps me focus more on what I am putting into my body. I have a very bad sweet tooth and in the past tend to gravitate towards cookies, ice cream and chocolate as my snacks. For the past 2 weeks I have been doing p90x and avoiding all my sugary favorites. So tonight I think I deserve a treat because I have lost 6 lbs since joining and I am going to reward myself with a small bowl of frozen yogurt. :)
