I have to admit, when I first got a pedometer last year and found out that 10,000 steps were necessary to maintain weight, I thought they were nuts! Moving that much must kill a person! But now I've done it two day s in a row! I'm beginning to think it is possible! Granted, it is not a regular thing with me yet, but it's happening and I'm so excited!!!!!!!!

I have not given up on my weight loss. I've continued to tweak what I'm doing until I make it to goal. I was away from Spark for a little while but I'm back and I'm starting to log my food, pay attention to what I'm eating and doing things to stay focused on my goal.
I joined this team because I think a treat for doing well is good and may also keep me motivated. Unfortunately it's something I'm not very good at doing - giving myself a healthy or non food treat to celebrate meeting and working toward my goals so I am hoping that joining this team will help me to start treating myself for my mini-victories on this weight loss journey.
