I recently decided I should start rewarding myself for sticking to my eating and exercising pan. I think this will help motivate me to stay with it! Otherwise I feel like I am depriving myself for nothing! Now, if I treat myself to something small each week (like this Friday will be a cute $8 T-shirt I found at the mall) I'll be motivated to stick with my plan and earn my treat! (^_^) I'm so glad I found this team!
