Hi I am one of those come back kids. in other words belonged to SP before and came back. I just started rewarding myself, am trying to establish a new habit. I am used to treats for others but not me. I will say that it is an easy habit to get into, once you've done it a few times.
I was just o.n my way to reward myself when I saw this group.
Today I deserve a reward because I did the week three, day 5 video exercise for The Spring into Shape 28 day challenge, first real challenge. I avoided it all day but finally at 9PM last night, I did it. Maybe I deserve two rewards because not only did I do the video but I actually could DO the video.
Can't do the 10K steps goal yet, I belong to a team that is for that and am not up to the 10K, a little over halfway though, so soon. I am improving every week.
It is more important to know where you are going than to get there quickly, Do not mistake activity for achievement (Mabel Newcomer)
