Hi All, I'm new to this team but not new to spark. It's been a little more than a year and I've reached my goal weight, now is the time to maintain the healthy life style I've created for myself. I continue to treat myself to having a very occasional dessert, which I find keeps my sweet tooth in check. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
Today is free day for me but I havnt gone overboard....I had half bakedspud but only small one and two ports lol tomorrow is PO day protein only so Salmon and chive omlet for lunch and ham omlet for dinner will post my menu in the morning
Me Too...I'm new as well. I deserve a treat because as of today...gotten rid of 12 lbs since July 7. My treat is to go to the Races tomorrow with my hubby and have a Beer. As long as you plan for it and make the necessary adjustments to your calorie intake and work out schedule, anything is OK. Awareness and Action allows for treats.
