I deserve a treat because I am redesigning my life from the ground up. Everything from spending habits, to self-esteem and everything in between. I am treating myself with a new pair of work shoes. This may seem mundane, but I am on my feet all the time and need the support.

1st goal Weight 168
Long term goal weight 148
You never know where the journey will take you, so travel light, carrying as little baggage as possible.

I've read the same thing about a habit forming in 21 days. Congrats on the start of your good habits!
