I'm doing the 5% Winter Challenge-1 that is just starting. I am on the Cloverleafs team. It's an 8 week challenge to lose 5% of your body weight. I almost never drink any type of pop. Gave up several years ago. Good luck to you on that. My 19 year old daughter is addicted to diet pepsi and drinks several per day. Otherwise I am working on trying to make fitness a bigger part of my life trying to make it more of a habit. I am also trying to do a low carb diet, ala Atkins. I have not the extreme induction part, but trying to do lower carb in general.
