Hello, I'm Amanda, I'm looking for someone who likes to work out to the wii. I have every exercise game out there. lacking moviation to do it. I would love to have a buddy to do walk away the pounds video basically you walk a few miles in spot to a video. it's great for the days when its' snowing or raining. I would also like to find someone I can be active with my hubby and myself. He likes to bike ride. I'm a ex runner that was until I gained all the weight from having my daughter. almost 3 years ago. yeah I know I'm out of excuses now.

I'm reaDY TO GET GOING AGAIN! i WOULD like a running buddy or I would love to get back training in martial arts (okinowin shorin rue)and would enjoy sparring or working out in that regard. I am in Kentwood and don't have a gym however. I've maintained a fairly healthy eating regime sense joinging SP but have fallen off the excercising routine.

I have responded to the no posts icon on this team and am going to do my best to help get us going again.
I have a wonderful family and an awesome wife(Mary), along with four kids,(whom are good most of the time.) dogs, a cat, and some fish. (All the kids animals.)
In the last year I have been taking Tae Kwon Do and am being trained to eventually be an instructor. I just received my yellow belt on Nov. 21 and am working on my test for my next belt ranking in the end of Jan.
I live just south of GR and am anxious to lose about 85 pounds. To do this my goal is to lose about 2-5 pounds per week until I reach my goal. I am looking for anyone to help me be accountable and I will help do the same. I would also like to see if we can get a Spark team to do a couple of 5k's together so that we can get to know each other on a personal level.
