and to the team. I understand the fight you have been through. In the late 1990's I to began to have pain and finally in 2005 I did an early retirement due to not doing the job the way it demanded. I finally have some relief with deep tissue massage but it takes a long time and going every 2 wks. to endure the massage. I now look forward to them as I do have a few pain free days after massage.
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner. Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Hi! I have faith that you can do this. Water is the best therapy, IMHO. I am finishing up next week and I am so much better! That's not to say I don't hurt, but I can move more fluidly now and I can walk.
Best wishes to you! Don't give up or as the song goes " never surrender " !
There will be an answer, let it be.

Hi, I am a kind of an oldtimer fibromyalgia sufferer. I was diagnosed in the 90's when they were still trying to decide if it was "real" or not. I was told to go on disability but I felt like a throw away person and I made a different choice. I became a truck driver. I worked my behind off in pain all the time. For a sometime stubborness and grit and setting my own schedual worked. Then it didn't. I had a baby, 4 different surgeries in 4 years and I have been fighting for disability since 2003. I do not give up but I have been very, very close. I know what it is like being in pain everyday and night. I know what is like to have people say "you look ok" .I know how hard it is to hang onto your self esteem when your body simply won't do things that it could before. I am starting an arthritis, joint, water program and I am hopeful. I would like to people who understand. My family tries but they just don't get it. But they love me :0) a bunch.
