I too have b12 and vit D from my dr as well as folic acid
It seems to be working at the moment Glad you have joined the team Looking forward to getting to know you better. I am a bit erratic on here at the moment due to f/f and stress but hopefully it is slowly sorting itself out

It's great to meet you! Let us know how you're doing. I was doing really well last year, around May-June, doing a great walking routine and eating healthy. I lost 7 lbs! Then I hit a flare in July and I didn't get back to where I was. BUT... I refuse to give up! My clothes are a bit tight, too, but I'm back to walking and I never stopped eating healthy (usually, lol), so I know I can do it! Let us know what works for you.

I have had Fibro for 11 yrs now. I was diagnosed after having an abdominal hysterectomy and never seemed to recover from the surgery. I suffer from pain and fatigue everyday. Three yrs ago I was told by my Dr that I was low on B-12 and Vit D. I take monthly injections for B-12 and 50,000 IU once a week for Vit D. My now wardrobe is snug and I refuse to allow myself to shop for bigger clothes. I am determined to live healthier and find an exercise program to stick to! I am very excited to find this site and Team!! I am looking forward to a new me
