Thank you for your warm welcomes!
I am pleased to be in this team!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Due to work schedules we are celebrating Sunday. Tomorrow I'm baking pies. The kids are bringing every thing else except I got the turkey. Looking forward to it immensely.
My wonderful neighbor cooked for her family on Thursday and she brought over plates for us. We ate two meals off what she brought and I froze some too. Sunday any pie left is going home with the kids! So I think we will do well and maintain our regimen. Life is so wonderful and we are doing so much better since we started our food plans.
I feel very blessed. Therapy this summer and fall helped me so much. I'm in a much better space.
Hugs all around,
Happiness grows inside me.
Your user name reminds me of one of my favorite shows, "The Good Witch's Garden"... The gray lady was the ancestor of the main character... LOL
I am diabetic too! Interesting combining it with fibro, isn't it? LOL
Glad you're here! Welcome!

"The real secret of success is enthusiasm..." Walter P. Chrysler said it, I believe it. That's what I want in my life--to give my imagination a chance, to live with energy and enthusiasm!
Ralph Waldo Emerson said 'Life belongs to the energetic.' But you don't have to be frenetic and hyper--some energy is quiet and steady, like a heartbeat... and that works too! LOL
Life comes in specific increments, which we receive as a gift of one moment at a time. That's why it's called t
and from a RGV winter Texan! Glad you joined us. Best wishes on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Hi, I'm glad I found this team! I look forward to meeting y'all and sharing. Besides fibro I have diabetes and psoriasis. I live with my wonderful, beautiful partner, two doggies and two cats. My energy is dropping, must go ck my blood sugar. More later.
