To a great team!! Glad you joined us. We will help you as much as you need help. I think if you begin to look through the site by clicking on the orange tabs, you will learn a lot about what is available. Under my trackers, there is the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker that are invaluable!! When done working through them, the next tab is articles and videos. Fantastic information!! Lots to read and learn from. Continue on through all the tabs. In the tracker tab, you will find one that is SparkPoints. Open and start at the top and follow on down.getting points as you work your way to the bottom. All is a lot of fun and educational as well. Come back and ask as many questions as you need to. Best wishes on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner. Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

My suggestion would be to get all your points for the day. It takes me about 30 minutes spread out over the day to read articles and post messages that get me points. Not only are the points an incentive but I've learned so much by reading all the articles and met some wonderful people by posting on the message boards.
There is a lot to SparkPeople and you'll get out of it more than you put in as long as you put in something.
