Welcome back! Taking care of two kids while also trying to take care of yourself has to be difficult. I'm a grandma and just spent a week helping out with my 10-month-old grandson. I struggled through even though I was in a good deal of pain, just for the joy of being with him. But if I had to struggle day in day out, I'm not sure how I would deal with it. Cheers to you for hanging in there and for re-joining SparkPeople!! (By the way, I live in Kentucky too.)

I believe in you! If you put your mind to it you can succeed! One day, one step at a time! In order to keep my workout/food in line, I remind myself that this small change and effort in order for me to be able to keep up with my kids! I thought when I first started out that I was being selfish by taking time to workout, in actuality I am giving back to them by being more heathly and a better! Good luck, I hope it helps Karin

Hi All! I have been on a "hiatus" from SparkPeople for the past two years and I am ready to jump back into it full force! I am from Kentucky and just had my second child. Its hard dealing with Fibro and having two kids (a two year old and a four week old) but I am ready to stick with it and do everything possible to be healthy and well. I hope to get to know some of you and be a source of encouragement on your journeys
