Great job Sammie! And Welcome. SP will help allot. I also watch my calorie and fat gram intake. What I did for exercise bc it is is very difficult with the pain. Is that I found and Gazelle Glider Elie on Craigslist for $40.00. B/c its a glider its very easy on teh joints and minimal effort but u definitely work up a sweat. I cant go for walks. i can walk as far as my driveway on a good day. So that was just not an option for me. But if your able to continue it! That's awesome! I can barely walk around my own house due to the pain. I will ad you a friend so we can help each other out. I'm also looking into the recipes by Hungry Girl. Best o Luck

Just keep moving every step counts. Never exclude things you like from your diet; all in moderation! It should NEVER be about a DIET. That's only temporary. It should be a lifestyle change.
