Holly, this site has lots of tools to help you lose weight. You need to just look around. From the "My Trackers" tab, you can get to pages where you can record your exercise and the food you eat. There's also a place called "Other Goals" where you can earn points for accomplishing small daily goals.

Hello everyone, My name is Holly and this is the first time doing something like this. My goal is to lose atleast 35 pounds and I hope that I can achieve this goal with the help of this site. I am very excited to get started. I am 41 years old and it is getting harder to lose this weight. I love to read, spend time with my family, and love my frenchie, and anything to do with bulldogs. I would love to have someone to exercise with, as I think it would help me to reach my goals faster.
