Are you sleeping well? If not, I have a CD (no charge) that may help you; another member (Clearstream) has a daughter living in South Africa. I sent her the CD, and it seems to be helping, so if you're having trouble sleeping this may help. All I would need is a mailing address to send it.
My name is Cathy. I belong to the Fibro Friends and Fibromyalgia & Exercise teams, but just discovered this one. Looks like you guys have a lot of activity and lots of good info. My fibro was diagnosed about 2-1/2 years ago. It took a massage therapist to tell me that my pain was NOT normal before my doctor took my complaints seriously. Anyway, here I am... ready to learn and to share. Thanks for being here!
