:) thanks , i can tell im going to like being in this group...I'm also in the groups for arthritis (i have in the hips) and the other 50+ and over ( not afraid to say it..im 57) I almost gave up yesterday when i stepped on the scale and saw that i didnt loose anything, but i remember that i read with sparkpeople that you loose 1-2 pds a week so this morning after i got up i stepped on the scale again and saw i did loose 1 pd
just want to introduce myself, my name is debbie and started the sparkpeople program this week. my doctor and i just found out that i do have fibromyalgia just last week. been having it for some time now and didnt know it...anyways i hope i can follow along with some of the exercises and follow the recipes for me to loose the weight...i walked on the treadmill today for 20 minutes slowly at 1,5 speed and it felt like my legs were full of lead...anyone else have this problem? planning on using the pool tomorrow if weather permits
