"The real secret of success is enthusiasm..." thanks, Walter P. Chrysler. I believe it. That's what I want in my life--to give my imagination a chance, to live with energy and enthusiasm! P.S. I looked up enthusiasm, and it says the root words mean God within... interesting...!
Ralph Waldo Emerson said 'Life belongs to the energetic.' But you don't have to be frenetic and hyper--some energy is quiet and steady, like a heartbeat... and that works too! LOL

Hi Lillilynn, Welcome to the team and to sparks. One of the best things about sparks is the motivation you get from the team members. The cheers you get when you reach a goal and pass exercise and point levels. Join into the general chats and the games and if you feel yourself lacking motivations say so, so you will get encouragement.
I'm new! I need friends and a support team. I am ubber lazy and require tons of motivation. My kids were enough to get me started, but I don't have anyone to be accountable to. I have a great boyfriend, and he tries to help, but he needs to lose weight also. We have talked and talked and talked about losing weight together but nothing is actually happening. We are getting married in a few months and it would be nice to buy a new dress that is a few sizes smaller than what I'm in right now. I don't have any friends on here, and don't know how to get them either. Please help a girl out?
