I bought the book "The Spark" and am working my way through it. The first chapter talks about streaks. So I started one: each day I ride my exercycle for 10 minutes. That's it. I've done it for eight days now.
I started a second streak a few days ago: not to eat sugar for six days a week. I'm on day two.
I think if you start small and be consistent, you can do anything!

I'm at Level 1 - I like what I've seen so far on the Website, but I'm struggling the life getting in the way challenge among other things. I've printed a shopping list to help me get an idea of the types of food I need to include in my shopping that I may not be. However, I do have the concern of working within my budget. I'm viewing this as a lifestyle change and would like to loose some weight as well - my doctor's would also like to see me lose some weight.
