I bought the book "The Spark" and am working my way through it. The first chapter talks about streaks. So I started one: each day I ride my exercycle for 10 minutes. That's it. I've done it for eight days now.
I started a second streak a few days ago: not to eat sugar for six days a week. I'm on day two.
I think if you start small and be consistent, you can do anything!
