, Tanya. This site has lots of ways to help you lose weight. Under "My Trackers" you'll find "My Nutrition" where you can track what you eat and "My Fitness" where you can track your exercise. And that's just for starters.

Hello everyone, I'm Tanya :) I'm 26 from BC, Canada. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about four years ago but I've experienced pain for my entire life. (It wasn't until I was about 20 that I learned people don't ALWAYS have some sort of aches or random pain.)
Anyways... I live with my boyfriend and our two kitties. I'm currently off work because of a different medical issue - so I'm hoping it might give me the time and energy to work on weight loss. Hope this group can help me stay on track!
