I too am a Fibro friend...and live in Northwestern Wisconsin. I just wanted to say HI, and tell you even though I have had Fibro for years, I still haven't found anything that takes "the edge off". Somedays are "good" some are just down right crappy as I am sure you know. Even after a night of sleep, I often wake up during the night and then have a real tired day. If I ever come across anything that is helpful I will let you know. So if you would like to make me a friend, I would like that. Kristy

I was diagnosed 3 years ago with Fibromyalgia after a bunch of testings, blood draws, so and so forth. So I am stuck in this mysterous diagnoses like the rest of you.
I hear so many different things that are suppose to help Fibromyalgia...mostly coming from my mom and her holestic approach to life. It would amuse you the things I have ate, drank, applied to my body to "help" the Fibro flares and daily pain (I have neuropathy too boot)! Ofcourse, nothing really helps...just takes the edge off so your not in untolerable pain;every second of the day.
Anywho, I am hoping to obtain some tried and true remedies from this group...also some support...maybe a friend or too.
