Great way to start!... just keep in mind that you should allow about two hours of down time before bed. Exercising too late can actually interfere with your sleep cycles!...

"The real secret of success is enthusiasm..." Walter P. Chrysler said it, I believe it. That's what I want in my life--to give my imagination a chance, to live with energy and enthusiasm!

Ralph Waldo Emerson said 'Life belongs to the energetic.' But you don't have to be frenetic and hyper--some energy is quiet and steadfast... and that works too! LOL

Life comes in specific increments, which we receive as a gift of one moment at a time. That's why it's called the PRESENT!

Work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt, dance like nobody's watching and NEVER fry bacon naked!

You are successful the moment you start moving toward a worthwhile goal.

I am planning to change my life this year, one step at a time. I got a new excercise bike for Christmas and have begun using it every day. I owned a treadmill but I kept injuring my knees so hopefully this will be better. I am a nurse and I stand all day and I am drained alt night. I wanted something that I could do that I could gradually increase time and intensity on so that I could get the blood flow going! It might even make me sleep better at night!
