Welcome, Ruanda. There's lots more information on the Internet today than there was ten years ago. Google "fibromyalgia". Look for sites that talk about symptoms and what you can do about them.
The main thing I found out in my searches is to control the stress in your life. Make a list of the things you "should" do, then eliminate half of them. There's always tomorrow. Or ask someone else to do some of your chores.
Here's a great site about fibromyalgia: www.cfidsselfhelp.org/ They even have a class you can take (which I did years ago).

Hey Ruanda, I am sorry to see you here, too! There's lots of information, caring and sharing here. But since you have had this since 1999, you know that no answer works for long and that having lots of tools, helps us deal with the monstrously morphing fibro!
