Welcome, Ruanda. There's lots more information on the Internet today than there was ten years ago. Google "fibromyalgia". Look for sites that talk about symptoms and what you can do about them.
The main thing I found out in my searches is to control the stress in your life. Make a list of the things you "should" do, then eliminate half of them. There's always tomorrow. Or ask someone else to do some of your chores.
