Here's a thought: If you go to the "MY TRACKERS" tab at the top of this page, there's a drop-down menu and on it is the label "planner". Click on that. It takes you to a calendar page, where the left side of the screen is for planning appointments and so on. You can send yourself email reminders of them, it's pretty cool... AND... on the right side of the screen, you can journal. NO ONE will have access to that. Write whatever you want private in that, and you can open your blogs for your PUBLIC rants and raves and faves... and share more of yourself with people who would love to be your friends. You can be a friend when you invite someone (there's a tab on the top right side of everyone's page, click on it) and they accept--or when you're invited. Unfriending is just as easy.

The tools on SparkPeople are pretty terrific, very useful--and use friendly-- but the support groups, like this one, are in my opinion the best and most important part of how Spark People works, and your full participation will do so much more for your success... don't miss out because you're afraid, m'dear.
