Thanks for asking. My mom is back home and feeling better. They tweaked her meds and we are hoping that will do the trick. She was there because her GP tried to take her off the meds that she got at ER last time and got her blood pressure spiking. She has an appt with her cardiologist next week so we will know more then though her blood pressure was good today and she was feeling better.

Thank you all for your replys, I feel much better today (found out I have a sinus infection & fluid behind both ears! But my body feel so much better than it did Monday... weird, I know, just like that all better... well better. Thanks again, I really appreciate everyones time that they take to read my post & reply.
I have not noticed any correlation to the moon phases with my fibro. Hormonal changes can be a definite trigger though, so if you're still having your monthly cycle it may be that you are inadvertently tracking... I am SO glad I don't have those any more... lol
My mother was a firm believer that the full moon has a physical affect on a lot of people--though not fibro specifically. She was a registered nurse and worked in a hospital Emergency Room for several years at a time, and there were always more patients (ie more accidents and fights) during the full moon... and if you think about it, the moon does affect the tides--and how much of our bodies are made up of water?
Interesting idea to try tracking it... but I don't even know when the next full moon IS... silly me. LOL

Ralph Waldo Emerson said 'Life belongs to the energetic.' But you don't have to be frenetic and hyper--some energy is quiet and steady, like a heartbeat... and that works too! LOL

Hmm, I haven't really tracked it that closely. But weather changes are the hardest for me. So living in Wisconsin really sticks because it happens quite often. But what you said is a very good possibility. Stay strong! We'll all survive this together!

Hi everyone, I'm new here and as you can see from my title, I'm still confused and searching for answers about my Fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed a couple years ago, but still have yet to fully grasp what it means. I still think every pain is something "serious" or "life threatening", I havent figured out that alot of it is from Fibro. So I will be spending some time here trying to learn for everyone elses experiences, all while knowing everyone is different, its still nice to stumble upon someone who is going through similar things and how they handle them. Its going to be a long journey of learning to recognize what my symptoms are and triggers, so I thank you all in advance for your courage and knowledge, its from you that I hope to learn and live better. Let the questions and learning begin... :-)
I do have one question to start off my trip, does anyone else seem to have more complications during the full moon? I've been tracking for months now, and every full moon the week before is bad, and the night before & day of are horrible, pains and stomach issues... anyone?
