No problem, I spend a lot of time on SP (I'm disabled so I'm stuck at home a lot! LOL) and you can post on here and it sends me an email notice, or you can sparkmail me anytime--or just drop by any of the discussions, or even start a new topic if you can't find one that suits your needs. The folks here are all terrific!--so kind and supportive, I love them! You will too!...

I have used both, actually, but I have multiple health issues that require varying dietary changes so I have learned to customize to get what I need. It all just takes time at the beginning. Just start for a while by customizing so you can just log what you would normally eat, and you'll be able to see right away where the changes will be made. then you can take it from there. Like I said, one step at a time...

I find it easier to know where I'm going if I know where I'm starting from! LOL

Thank you so much for those words if encouragement. I needed that. Thank you also for making me feel welcomed. I'm trying to take it step by step. A lot of steps to take, lol emoticon . Do you use the recipes they give you our do you buy the food?

Not really... once you're set up, and you seem to be doing great so far, just treat it like a tool for exploration. Vent, laugh, ask questions... there's always someone around who can direct you-- and each tool has it's own "how to use this page" tab to click on!

There's a lot HERE, and may feel a bit overwhelming at first, I totally get that-- I remember when I MYSELF started out! LOL-- but it isn't brain surgery... In fact, it's pretty user-friendly, and it's fun to learn, and you can take it as fast or as slow as you need to. One step at a time will still get you where you're going, so don't sweat it, just enjoy the journey!
