Tammy, when I used to work, I worked in front of a fan, too. But I thought it was hot flashes. I'm still on Cymbalta and have started taking Estroven for the hot flashes. It works great - for me.
I'm still struggling with my weight because I crave sugar - especially when I get tired. I find that when I keep track of all the food I eat on My Nutrition page here, I think twice at night of having ice cream or a bunch of cookies.
My sleep? It doesn't exist. I go to sleep around 9:00 p.m. and wake up every hour beginning around 2:00 a.m. I finally give up and get out of bed at 5:00 a.m. I try to take a nap each day around noon, but that doesn't always happen. I take trazodone before bed, but it gets me to sleep, doesn't keep me asleep.
I take Ultracet for my pain but it's extremely constipating, as most pain meds are. So I add Benefiber to my morning coffee and prunes to my breakfast.
