I like pacing... I use a timer, and do ten minute stints. Ten minutes work, ten minutes rest whether I feel like I need it or not (and ten more... and ten more... if I need it! LOL) Then ten minutes work... and ten minutes rest... LOL
One step at a time, that's how any journey progresses. With fibro, you just learn to take smaller steps and rest between! LOL
That doesn't mean we stop, and it doesn't mean we make the journey any shorter... believe me, we're in it for the LONG HAUL! LOL
