Boy, does this sound familiar. I had a massage on Sun. and was uncomfortable going in but not at the end. SUN. night, I had a spasm in my leg, thought it would be better "tomorrow" and my leg was 3x the size of the other. needless to say, I am in pain and she worked for 30mins. to get a small amt. of relief. As she said this is the time of the year all her Fibro clients are having lots of trouble. Hoping you all are feeling better with rest!
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.

I just wanted to pop in and say thank you for the warm welcome I received.
I am nearly 52 and have been fighting fibro for many years.
of course this is the time of year when it really raises it's head and drags me down.
I look forward to getting to know you and to learning from you and sharing whatever I can as well.
