Just stick with your plan and maybe add or change one little thing. We can hit times when we just can not progress any further. Then you have to change something and it may be as simple as changing out one exercise for another to work out a different set og muscles and start burning more than you take in again.
Sounds like you are committed. You will have a lot of support through Spark People and this team. My fibro keeps me from losing very fast but I still keep plugging away. I have another injury that slows me down also. You will have a lot of friends here on this team. Everyone is so nice.
