I'm a mother of a soon-to-be 8 month old and still trying to get rid of baby weight. I gained more than expected during pregnancy due to emotional eating and now I'm paying the price. I want to be able to keep up with my son as he grows older and I know I won't be able to if I don't make some changes and stick to them. Most days its a struggle to get off the couch and exercise despite the fact that I have multiple reasons to get healthy. Hope this team helps motivate me!
