My first recommendation to you is to set down for 15 minutes and write down things that make you or have made you happy in the past.
Then the next day write down all you can remember about a day or time you felt content with your life.
the third day write down your dreams for yourself in the future.
The fourth day identify 1 thing from your current life you want to change.
The fifth day. make 1 small step forward on what you want to change.
all the rest of the days repeat the change until it becomes the present and then set a new goal for what you want to change.
