Thank you for you idea. I have started a few things just trying to get my self to make a life changing thing not just a quick fix. First I am trying to get in the habit of drinking more water. We will go to the exercise after getting my diet under hand. If anyone else gives me ideas I will pass them along. Have a blessed day!

I'd be interested on other tips as well. The couple of things that I've been able to do is 10 minutes in the morning before my shower on our elliptical machine at home (10 minutes is better than nothing!) and then on the weekend I leave my husband in charge of the kids and try to get a good workout at the gym. Sometimes there's no time on the weekends because of kids' activities, but I'll try to get at least one day in. My husband's pretty good about taking over since he knows it's something I need to do!
