Yeah, I usually just use a fraction of the olive oil he usually calls for. A glug to me is a lot smaller than a glug to him! Haha

Wow! Seconded! This is really cool. I'm a Brit and love Jamie. His new 30 Minute Meal book is especially fantastic. He does like to use a hell of a lot of the old olive oil, but just substitute with cooking spray and you cut a lot of calories!

Glad you found this team!

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.

Hi everyone, I just stumbled upon this sparkteam and what a neat idea! I am reading a Jamie Oliver cookbook that I checked out of the library and I have so many bookmarks in there that I was thinking of going out and buying the book!
