EVERYTHING in life can be a challenge some days better than others...... If you don't find success after 349 tries, maybe the 350th try will do it. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
I have been with with spark people for almost a year, but I have never posted on the message board. I am or was going well on my new lifestyle and weight loss, but went back to my old ways and gained all the weight back and than some. I am more set than ever to lose this weight, get fit, have a new lifestyle and become more focused on what I got to do. I can't go back to my old habits, it's time for a new me and a total 180 degree change for the better with my weight and way of thinking.
If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there.
