I had gastric bypass surgery in 2002 and have lost 160+ pounds. Over the last 8 years, I have learned to eat a healthy diet, but I haven't been as active as I would like. I do yoga everyday. I want to add cardio and resistance training to my exercise program. I used to enjoy camping and hiking and I look forward to a day when I can do those things again.
