Heh. Anytime. And in regards to my own question. I found that the fitness tracker goal changer isn't quite sophisticated enough to add different minute totals for different days, (unless I'm missing a hidden page?) I'm going to have to continue going way over my fitness minutes by adding my walking-at-work minutes and just hope that I'm not over-eating too much when I record my nutritional goals.
How do you effectively adjust your maximum nutrition and fitness goals without compromising your overall weight loss goal?
My job requires me to walk almost the entire time so I'm clocking an extra 180 minutes almost 5 days a week. Some times twice that. But I've been doing that for 2 years but still want to count that when I look at how much I eat every day. Some one told me you can adjust those nutrition and fitness goals on the web site so that they take that into account but still help you not go 'over.' Help?
-Go to "Start" on the orange bar right after you log in -There are 3 columns picture on the page: my tools, my content, my community. Look at the last column, colored green, called My Community. -Click on "View my sparkpage" -It should bring up how your page currently looks. On the right side there is a column of different buttons. You're looking for "Edit my Sparkpage". Click it. -on the left side you can add photos. On the very bottom on the right side you can choose which of your 3 is your profile photo. Options to turn on the fitness tracker are in the middle column if you scroll down some. -It took me a while to find this so I hope it helps! Post on my page if you are having trouble--and don't be shy! The better you can navigate the page, the easier it is to use these tools to be healthy! And I hope everybody feels like that.
