Get that exercise/ activity in as well--it uses up your time in a positive way (no food involved) and allows you the chance to eat a bit more and lose a bit more as well. I think that friustrating trivia question is that without exercising, you can lose up to 25% of your muscle mass when you diet alone. Anyway, you will feel better all round to both watch what you eat while including some timed workouts in your schedule.

Trying this again and will stick to it this time. Pay more attention to what I put in my mouth and make sure it is healthy for my body.
