Get that exercise/ activity in as well--it uses up your time in a positive way (no food involved) and allows you the chance to eat a bit more and lose a bit more as well. I think that friustrating trivia question is that without exercising, you can lose up to 25% of your muscle mass when you diet alone. Anyway, you will feel better all round to both watch what you eat while including some timed workouts in your schedule.
