Do you have a mallwalkers program where you live? The mall closest to me has a free program, which lets the mall walkers into the mall early, to do laps around the shops. It provides a space as well as companionship.

Hi, I do not usually like to do this kind of thing but given the circumstances with school just around the corner and all the rigors, stress, and the like I am giving this a shot and hope that anyone who is struggling the way I do in mid-life that they will have some words of wisdom to pass on; which will help me keep on track, with food portioning, and steady exercise. This morning I started exercising again I took a sabbitical mostly because of work and it was too hot and humid to exercise at home, (I cannot afford a gym). Now that it is cooler I am going to try again, I did notice that when I had been exercising I lost mostly inches, my weight seemed to hover around 155, so here is hoping that in the next few months not only do I loose inches but more weight as well. God bless you all in your own endeavours.
