I know what you mean about the cold weather. I am temporarily taking care of my elderly mom who has dementia. It has been over a month, at one more month and probably another month or two after that. The point being I been taking her out for walks and it has been hard she is actually thin (has been all her life) but the last couple of care takers have not taken her for walks so she not very mobile. And the walks are helping a great deal. With her physically and mentally. I not sure what to do when the weather gets cold.
When about renting some DVD's from the library? Walk away the pounds, or something like that? I wish that would work for my mom but she probably in her state not understand the concept.
Good Luck!
