I know what you mean about the cold weather. I am temporarily taking care of my elderly mom who has dementia. It has been over a month, at one more month and probably another month or two after that. The point being I been taking her out for walks and it has been hard she is actually thin (has been all her life) but the last couple of care takers have not taken her for walks so she not very mobile. And the walks are helping a great deal. With her physically and mentally. I not sure what to do when the weather gets cold.

When about renting some DVD's from the library? Walk away the pounds, or something like that? I wish that would work for my mom but she probably in her state not understand the concept.

Good Luck!

Thank you.. I am going to try to make a better attempt at posting more often. I need more support in this journey. Now that I am walking more often I need to add something else to my routine so my body does not get bored.. Now that the cold weather is setting in I cannot walk everyday...

I am on and off of Spark as my life allows me to be. I have been doing the "Spark" thing even when I cannot sign into Spark itself. My life stays pretty busy. Many accomplishments have progressed since I have been on here. I am still looking for people in my area as well. That is almost like moving a mountain (Smiles).

There are many things I am trying to Organize that I need a group for, but I won't spam the group. Some of them are health oriented though. So, I am staying fairly occupied. I don't post much because for school I have to post on a daily basis. When I get done I just want to vegetate lol.
