I feel honor that you came back to this team to ask for help. We are very supportive and encouraging.
We actually have to forums that can help you in different ways. First the Coffee Hut, this is where we go to greet each. Our conversations can be light or for venting even just asking for words of encouragement. Second the is the Monthly Challenges they are gear to help us along with our healthy lifestyle. The challenges are for us. There are 10 to choose from, or you can choose any combo or choose them all.
Have you had SP figure out your nutrition range yet? If not start with that. Consider at least 3 days of some sort of cardio activity for about 30min each time. Of course it can be broken up by 10 or 15, just try to do it all the same day.

As for my workouts, FORGET THE "No pain, No gain." this does not work for me. "I will do it until I'm sore, and then I will soar!"
