I feel honor that you came back to this team to ask for help. We are very supportive and encouraging.
We actually have to forums that can help you in different ways. First the Coffee Hut, this is where we go to greet each. Our conversations can be light or for venting even just asking for words of encouragement. Second the is the Monthly Challenges they are gear to help us along with our healthy lifestyle. The challenges are for us. There are 10 to choose from, or you can choose any combo or choose them all.
Have you had SP figure out your nutrition range yet? If not start with that. Consider at least 3 days of some sort of cardio activity for about 30min each time. Of course it can be broken up by 10 or 15, just try to do it all the same day.

As for my workouts, FORGET THE "No pain, No gain." this does not work for me. "I will do it until I'm sore, and then I will soar!"
hi all, well here i am again at spark for like the fourth time. *blushing* i decided today that i need to do something about my weight. i'm at my ALL TIME heaviest and i'm just not happy with my appearance, nor with how some of my clothes fit, my self esteem is just a puddle of goo on the floor, and my health is another concern being that my last cholesterol test indicated my triglycerides fell under the 'high' tier...ALSO last year, my ob-gyn diagnosed me with pcos, and an usd proved that i did have a bunch of 'follicles' on each of my ovaries.
SO if you're still reading, thank you. =) i think i need support...my husband isn't really helping me in that department, and although one of my closest friends who has been diagnosed with pcos can understand what i'm going through, it still gnaws at me that she's skinny...therefore i feel i need to seek others in similar situations...if that makes sense.
the ultimate goal is to lose 30 pounds (i'm only 5'1), get my cholesterol levels down, exercise, and hopefully help me conceive.
