My name is Ashley and Im 22 trying to lose about 45 pounds or so! finding time is hard with having a 2 year old and working. I sit all day at a computer so im not moving at all. I have been going to the gym at work on mu lunch breaks. I just need some motivation and someone to keep on me. I have never done and of this so im not sure how spark people works!
