Try the fruits/herbs that you were talking about with the seltzer water...even maybe a little club soda (still better than alcohol).
I always like smoothies too...and I find that I don't really miss the alcohol in the icy beverage if I get it tasting just right! Like a virgin margarita! You can still line your glass with salt or sugar (or stevia if that's what you prefer). Probably want to cut back on that as time goes on, but to get your taste buds in gear, start with cutting out the alcohol!
