Take the site in baby steps. You will probably have plenty of time to learn your way around!
My suggestion is to start with just the basics...SparkTeam(s), SparkPage, & Nutrition & Fitness. Get yourself acclimated with those, then start branching out a little bit at a time! I have found that a blog helps me keep on track, and of course tracking your nutrition & fitness will help keep things on track, since they make you accountable!
Good luck! We are all here to help however we can!

welcome - the first thing you should do is make your profile page and start adding people as your friends - we will be able to motivate each other like this.
the most important part of all this is tracking - you need to be honest with yourself and you need to write everything you eat down - this way you will be able to get a report at the end of the day and see where you need to improve.
I'm here if you need help.

Hi, I am new to this style of fitness regiment. I have tried all sorts of excercise and enjoy most of them, yet the diet section is always where I fail. A friend suggested I try Spark to help motivate me, and here I am. I am still finding the navigation on the site challenging and also the regular reporting. Today is only my second day on. I hope to succeed in this new challenge and wish everyone else who is new to this the best of luck!! Steph
