Take the site in baby steps. You will probably have plenty of time to learn your way around!
My suggestion is to start with just the basics...SparkTeam(s), SparkPage, & Nutrition & Fitness. Get yourself acclimated with those, then start branching out a little bit at a time! I have found that a blog helps me keep on track, and of course tracking your nutrition & fitness will help keep things on track, since they make you accountable!
