Hmmm...sugar...I love it too! But I have found that if I incorporate more fruits & veggies into my diet I will have less sugar (in the form of candy bars, etc). As far as veggies, I will stick with something like sugar(ha!)-snap peas...something healthy but sweet. And fruit is just sweet no matter what, and seems to curb my sweet tooth a bit!

hello spark people this is it!! the last time I'm gonna say I have only 15 left to lose!! I need to just do it :) I work out but could always improve... I need helpful ideas on how to change my eating and get most of the sugar out of my diet!! any ideas would be welcome!!
