I am 65+ years old and have been trying to get fit and lose weight for the past year and 1/2. I have lost about 40 pounds but, for the past 6 months or so have not been able to get down below 200 pounds, I seem to be stuck at around 220.
I am retired and used to work for Ford as a Warranty Analyst in my last position. I work a lot with Excel and Word on my computer. I also have been able to fix most of my own problems with them.
I have recently started wirking with a personal trainer at the gym I belong to. I mainly do cardio with some weight training as well. I have begun going most days for about 2 hours or so. As the weather warms up, and dries out more, I will be walking the dog more to increase my exercise.
