I am so sorry it took so long to get back to you! Figuring out this website was the first step to my losing weight and I am officially starting my date over as of today! I didn't realize how much info this site could offer...and I'm still learning! I did a small amount of working out today and I'm about to 15 minutes of exercise while watching tv :) Starting off with small goals and then tomorrow jumping into some Jillian Michaels maybe? Lets motivate eachother!!!
I would love to help you. I am not quite in the same boat as far as losing weight, but more trying to get back in shape. I am trying to lose and keep off my last five pounds and I am a great motivator. I just need motivation to get back into exercising regularly. I have a 2 year old as well and I feel your pain as far as not having time to do your workout. I also have a 13 year old. I'm very busy and it's hard to get it in after work when I'm tired. I think we could motivate each other.
Hey Everyone! I'm an almost 26 year old mommy of a 2 year old, who lives in the Tampa Bay Area. I weigh in at about 150 and I'm looking to lose about 20 lbs or so and have started by working out to Jillian Michaels power yoga video. Jillian is the only at home trainer that I can follow with success and not get bored. Being mommy of a toddler is busy and I only have so much time on my hands so she makes it easy for me with her 30 minute videos. I'm looking for anyone else with the same goals as I that can motivate and check in with me weekly to weigh in! I'm new as you all are so it may take me awhile to get used to the website, but I'm stoked that I made this choice to get a little healthier! I'm looking forward to seeing progress!
