Hello, I am a 30 year old who works about 10 hours 5 days a week, also working on her Masters degree. I set no time to work out and my sleeping habits have gone down the drain. I want to get better and recognize, i need encouragement. I am social bug but my health and well being needas to come first.
Personality wise, i am easy-going, self-motivated. diversity-embracing individual.
