Hi Sharon! I'm Rachelle I started 2010 off at 232 & after a few months I am now down to 7 pounds. It takes time & dedication. Counting calories can be a hassle but it helps a lot. I think that will help you start off right.
Let's take this little by little and we'll just watch this weight drop off! Let's do this!
